De acordo com CEO do Standard Bank Lu\u00eds Teles, o acordo representa um marco hist\u00f3rico da institui\u00e7\u00e3o em Angola, resultante de um \u00e1rduo trabalho de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es, que tiveram in\u00edcio em 2023, e visa a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de divisas.
